Chris Brine

Firstly, I’m a dad of two amazing girls and husband to my amazing wife Amber. Health and Fitness are fundamental to us and we are passionate about helping other.

Competitive bodybuilder and powerlifter, I’ve managed to achieve national titles and certified Level 4, 5 in Personal Training.

Born and raised in Lower Hutt I was in High School when I contracted Lopus.

Lopus is an autoimmune disease and I was in severe pain, unable to move and vibrations on the floor would be agony. I spent almost 2 years in Hospital finally being released just before my 17th birthday. I left very overweight, depressed, and struggling with just getting out of bed.

Thanks to some tough love from my mum I set a goal of joining the NZ Army and a goal to prove everyone wrong. After getting help with  Nutrition and training I achieved my goal and was accepted in the Army just after my 18th birthday.

I left the army after several years and then worked in several office jobs in Sales and Marketing. While working in the office I started competing in Bodybuilding. After several years of trying to do both I had had enough and decided to follow my passion and become a Personal Trainer and never looked back.
